In 1992, Spain organized the "Cumbres Ibero
Americanas", part of the "New World Order" or "globalization". Sr.
Javier Solana was the creator, later the first non-military head of the
NATO, and today European Union "mover and shaker". Recently in a meeting
with US Secretary of State Powell and US President Bush, probably Sr.
Solana gave his advice about Cuba. Sr. Solana re-instated dictator
Castro (through the Cumbres) within the political structure of Latin
America. Sr. Cesar Gaviria, former Colombia President and today OAS
Secretary General, owes dictator Castro for the release of his brother
from the hands of Castro-supported Colombian guerillas (bandoleros).
Today Sr. Gaviria, supported by the US in his candidacy for the OAS
post, is a mediator in the Venezuela crisis, keeping Colonel Chavez
afloat. Col. Chavez, elected under a democratic constitution, changed
the constitution and maneuvered to establish his own: democratically
elected, dictatorially empowered and declared Castro disciple.
Sr. Osvaldo Payá, Cuban dissident, recently appeared embraced by
Spain's Prime Minister Aznar and received the Sakorov Peace Prize from
the EU. Spain has been for decades the major supporter of the Castro
dictatorship politically and economically. Sr. Payá is under the
Vatican umbrella, through a so-called Padre Varela Plan where the Castro
1976 Communist Constitution is to be extended. Padre Varela was a
living saint for his work among the poor people of New York City, but in
fact, politically speaking was an "autonomist" who wrote a constitution
to keep Cuba as a province of Spain. The 19th Century marked the
wheeling-dealing of the US, the European powers and the Vatican to
dictate the future of Cuba. Rotten roots that fruited a prostituted
Cuban "independence", when US President McKinley refused to include in
the "Joint Resolution" the recognition of the Cuban Government in Arms
and negotiated the "Treaty of Paris" with Spain, excluding the Cuban
people.
Today, on January 6, 2003, we celebrate the "Three Wise Men Day";
US Secretary of State Powell is going to honor Sr. Payá with a private
meeting. Again the "Three Un-Wise Powers", (the US, the European Union
and the Vatican), reviving the rotten roots that have been surviving
underground for 200 years, are prepared to give Cuba an unwanted and
undeserved present: A recycled Communism.
